The Role

Zeta Markets is looking for an experienced Community Lead to create and execute community growth initiatives. You will be responsible for growing & driving engagement for the Zeta community.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute activities that educate the Zeta community about DeFi, trading & Zeta products
• Identify & drive opportunities that can engage & grow the Zeta community
• Collaborate with Zeta partner projects on joint community initiatives
• Work closely with the Zeta product team to communicate community feedback & drive product development & improvements
• Actively contribute to Zeta’s broader marketing initiatives
• Responsible for existing community contributors, and identifying potential community contributors

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of community management with a DeFi project
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, comfortable working independently
• Strong understanding of and passion for crypto / web3, especially DeFi

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience building a community from scratch
• Crypto native, active user of DeFi protocols - bonus if knowledge of options / derivatives trading
