Web Developer Instructor

Role is based in Hong Kong

1. Deliver Engaging Web Development Lessons:
   • Experience and expertise in web development, encompassing HTML/CSS/JS, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, AWS and other relevant languages, frameworks, and libraries.
2. Facilitate Learning:
   • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, interaction, and hands-on practice to enhance students' understanding and skills.
3. Provide Constructive Feedback:
   • Review students' work, provide constructive feedback, and assist them in improving their coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall understanding of web development concepts.
4. Adapt Teaching Techniques:
   • Adapt teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student receives personalized guidance and achieves their learning objectives.
5. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
   • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development to continually enhance the course curriculum and deliver cutting-edge instruction.
6. Assist in Course Development:
   • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create, review, and update course materials, ensuring they are relevant, informative, and aligned with industry standards.
7. Participate in Team Activities:
   • Collaborate with other instructors, contribute to team meetings, and actively engage in discussions to share ideas, experiences, and best practices for effective teaching and course improvement.

1. Proven Full Stack Web Development Expertise:
   • Experience and expertise in web development, encompassing HTML/CSS/JS, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, AWS and other relevant languages, frameworks, and libraries.
2. Teaching or Training Experience:
   • Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or training in full stack web development, either in a formal or informal setting, showcasing effective communication and mentoring skills.
3. Passion for Education:
   • A genuine passion for educating and helping individuals succeed in web development, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
4. Strong Communication Skills:
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
5. Flexibility and Time Management:
   • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality instruction in a remote, freelance setting.
