The Role: Technical Projects Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Projects Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, your work will be focused around writing code examples, exploring novel use cases and integrations, and documenting these efforts. You will also be expected to contribute to Wormhole protocol-related technical docs, assisting Wormhole protocol partners directly and providing technical support throughout the implementation process. You will work closely with product, development, and operations teams across Wormhole contributors to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow, enhancing our overall service offerings.

You will be responsible for:

• Integration Development:
• Assist in the design development, and implementation for integration solutions for various APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with Wormhole protocol goals.
• Provide integrator feedback to Wormhole contributor development teams to drive improvements to Wormhole product offerings.
• Technical Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide clear guidelines and support for internal teams and external partners.
• System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable operation.
• Analyze logs and data to identify and resolve integration errors or discrepancies.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate smooth integration processes.
• Engage with third-party vendors to coordinate integration efforts and resolve any challenges.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to blockchain and integration solutions.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing integration frameworks and methodologies.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in a similar role on a top team in crypto
• Highly technical, ideally with a strong understanding of multichain protocols and DeFi
• Domain expertise in one or multiple blockchain platforms (e.g. EVM, SVM, Move, etc..)
• You enjoy and have experience of working proactively across a range of matters and projects in a fast paced and unstructured environment
• You have excellent communication skills and have experience of developing effective working relationships at senior levels across all functions
• Highly motivated, creative, and results-driven self-starter with a passion for crypto
• Thrive in a high agency and high ownership environment.
• Ideally, based in the Americas or European time zones.
