About Us:

Triton One provides high-end infrastructure services for blockchains like Solana, SUI, Monad, and Pythnet. We’re deeply embedded in the community and have created and open-sourced key pieces of Solana infrastructure.

We’re growing fast and scaling our public presence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Triton shows up across channels, works with ecosystem collaborators, and communicates our technical achievements effectively.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who is highly organised, an excellent writer, and excited to work in a fast-paced, technical, and deeply collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with our Business Manager (marketing strategy) and Business Development Representative (ecosystem + social execution) to manage and grow Triton’s external communications and content presence. Your work will help ensure our voice is consistent, credible, and impactful.

You will:

• Manage and maintain our content calendar across blog, email, and social
• Contribute to and edit technical blog content, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Collaborate on social media strategy and support post creation and scheduling
• Develop and execute our email marketing strategy (newsletter + campaigns)
• Track ecosystem trends and identify timely marketing and PR opportunities
• Help coordinate founder and leadership participation in podcasts, interviews, and conferences
• Maximise our ecosystem sponsorships and partnerships
• Support amplification of organic press, public appearances, and community engagement

This is a high-growth role with the ability to expand scope and ownership as the company scales.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple channels
• Direct experience managing a content calendar and producing written content

Preferred skills:

• Experience working with graphic design, in programs like Canva or Illustrator
• Prior experience with Solana or other blockchain communities
• Familiarity with technical audiences or developer communities

Compensation:
