Temporal is a research & development firm at the heart of Solana. We operate at the frontier of several verticals, including transaction execution, blockbuilding, and proprietary trading.
 
What you will do
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance & sustainable frontend applications for both internal & external use. 

What we are looking for
• Exceptional engineering fundamentals.  You have deep experience building & maintaining complex production software.
• Excellent design & product sense.  You understand why some products feel great to use and others don't.
• Attention to detail.  You aspire to make every frame perfect.  If I take a screenshot of your app at any moment, you are able to explain what I see.
• High agency & ownership. You own the design & development lifecycle.

You do not need years of crypto experience, a specific degree, or any formal credentials for this role.

How we work
Temporal is a small, nimble, and deeply technical team. Engineers are given maximum latitude, work under minimal process, and are expected to take ownership of critical production systems.
 
Location & Compensation
Location: New York City strongly preferred. We will consider fully remote candidates who are exceptional fits.

Base salary range: $200,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and level.

In addition to base salary, all roles may be eligible for equity and performance-based upside. Base is only part of total compensation here, and compensation scales quickly with demonstrated impact. For exceptional candidates, we have the budget to be competitive with top trading firms; the posted range reflects base salary at hire, not the ceiling of what a career here looks like.
