About your role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth & Brand Specialist who’s equal parts strategist and doer; someone who thrives on ownership, creativity, and making an impact.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how the world sees and experiences Streamflow. From brand and storytelling to campaigns and user insights, this role touches every corner of marketing. You’ll have a seat at the table with leadership, and work cross-functionally with product, business, and community teams to bring our mission to life.

This is not a siloed or passive role. You’ll be in the thick of it, testing ideas, learning fast, iterating often, and driving measurable results.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally with Web3, fintech, or fast-moving startups
• Understand the Web3 landscape deeply
• Know how to craft a message that lands; from high-level brand narratives to snappy ad copy
• Are confident leading content strategy: blogs, case studies, campaigns, messaging
• Are strong in social marketing and brand positioning
• Are a hands-on operator: writing content, building campaigns, shipping work fast
• Know how to connect brand strategy with data-driven decisions
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and can align on goals, outcomes, and metrics
• Have experience collaborating with product teams and running lightweight user research
• Are always learning and iterating, staying close to what’s working (and what’s not)

You will:

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution at Streamflow
• Work with leadership to shape and evolve our brand narrative and positioning
• Build and lead content efforts - from storytelling to campaigns to distribution
• Collaborate with product and community teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Use data and market feedback to continually refine how we go to market
• Help position Streamflow as a category leader in token distribution
• Be a key partner in scaling Streamflow’s presence across the Solana ecosystem and beyond

Compensation

For this full time role, we’re offering:

Base gross salary: $3,500 - $4,000

Token grant: 0.1% - 0.2% of the total token supply

How we work

We are a remote-first, office-optional team with a physical office in Belgrade, Serbia. We prioritize high-quality written communication and the possibility of working asynchronously across time zones because we believe that the best talent exists on every corner of the earth. Our core hours are between 12PM and 3PM UTC. This is when we expect all hands on the deck, most of the time.
