Role Overview

We’re looking to build an elite BD team that lives and breathes their ecosystems. Each member will have complete ownership of their respective ecosystem which means the role is perfect for you if you are highly independent, driven, and passionate.

The position will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including growth and user acquisition initiatives, building relationships across the ecosystem, engaging in DAO governance and integrations, identifying and executing bespoke partnerships, close touch points with existing clients, building out our network, promoting Streamflow through AMA sessions and Twitter spaces, gathering product insights, engaging on Crypto Twitter and attending a variety of in person events (willingness to travel is a must).

With ~$700 million in TVL and over $700+ million distributed, we are the permissionless, open, on-chain token streaming protocol used by hundreds of clients across five chains.

Our team is globally distributed and agile.

Our treasury is well-funded, and we have been profitable for several months.

We are excited to scale and launch some huge initiatives over the coming months and need creative, reliable, and driven operators.

Role Prerequisites

  • On-chain maxi
  • Owner: Drives the BD strategy and GTM in respective ecosystem using inputs from the market.
  • Empathy for clients: Ability to own a sale through it’s complete lifecycle ensuring happy clients.
  • Process Oriented: Strong capacity to establish and collaborate on processes that scale to ensure the BD team is running like a well-oiled machine and the sales pipeline is humming
  • You are in the arena: A DeFi degen well versed in the on-chain ecosystem of Solana or other competing L1s. You have a solid understanding of the core primitives of DeFi (lending and borrowing, AMMs, LSTs, bridging, etc).
  • Plugged in: You are terminally on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord and live and breathe the current meta.
  • Long haul: Available for at least the next year. Long-term thinking, committed, token maximalist to be part of the Streamflow team.
  • Cross-team Communicator: Talented cross-team communicator, confident in challenging and collaborating across the departments. Influences the development of the product and company strategy using sales inputs.
  • Team player: Comfortable wearing multiple hats to get the job done
  • In person: Extrovert, talkative, ready to travel the world and attend conferences and events.
  • Can speak technical language: Understands the product from the technical perspective. (i.e. has experience selling technical blockchain products)

Compensation

Streamflow is developing an innovative compensation system to:

  • Align long-term incentives among core team members.
  • Tie compensation with individual performance.
  • Tie compensation with company performance.
  • Performance-based revenue share: 1**% — 2.5% of revenue**
  • Base token grant (1-year cliff, 3 years linear vesting): 0.2% — 0.5% of the total token supply (finite supply of tokens, so there is no dilution)
  • Personal quarterly performance-based token grants: 0% — 150% of the base salary, paid in tokens
