Role Overview:

The operations officer will oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes within Remora.Markets. The role involves optimizing workflows and supporting the platform's seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operational processes
2. Oversee transaction settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
4. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Monitor platform performance, ensuring uninterrupted service for users.
6. Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all operations meet regulatory standards.
7. Provide support for client inquiries and operational escalations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
