Our core competancy is data with the dashboard and analytics products integrating with almost every protocol on Solana and we are looking for an awesome Product and Design Lead to take it to the next level. Responsibilities:

• Design product iterations in Figma and other relevant tools and own the outcome of those product and design decisions
• Work together with our development team on discussion, iteration and delivery of the product updates
• Engage with our customers and identify the areas in the product that can be improved upon and create and define the various tasks and scope involved in impleneting those changes
• Consistently improve upon the base product and seek out areas of optimisation and improvements in user flows

Requirements:

• An existing in depth knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and all the moving parts and how they work (staking, lenders, dexes, nfts, perps and more)
• Demonstrated experience in prior similar roles in Design and Product
• Fluent in Figma, Jira and any of your preferred design tools.
• Be a team player! Open to feedback and able to work independantly
• Have initiative to move things forward without needing input from others
• Strong problem solving skills and able to think strategically
• Be a crypto native, web3 should be what you love to work in and be a part of everyday
