Star Atlas is a massive, 3D universe being built in Unreal. It leverages the Solana blockchain to reward players with an opportunity for real monetary compensation for their time spent in-game. We believe that the future of the gaming industry is at the intersection of virtual reality and cryptocurrency. Within the Star Atlas universe, every in-game item is a real on-chain asset.

As a Project Manager with Star Atlas, you’ll be a key member of the organization acting as the bridge in communication between members of leadership and individual teams. On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Determine and define the scope and objectives for projects
• Coordinate directly with both internal and external stakeholders, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Balance internal resources to meet project objectives and key results
• Measure the performance of both individual teams and members
• Lead regular Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and daily standups

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Agile methodology and managing the Agile process for teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business
• 4+ years acting as a Project Manager for software projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Track and document project costs, schedule, and progress

Nice to have:

• Experience managing software projects in the video game or cryptocurrency space
• A strong understanding of and enthusiasm for cryptocurrency
• PMP certification
