The Role
We're hiring a Social Content Manager to own our posts across CT and our other social channels. This role is for someone hungry to grow a brand — to expand our reach, engage our community, and turn great content into compounding distribution.
You’ll take full ownership of the social workflow: planning, posting, community engagement, performance analysis, and iteration. We expect you not just to execute — but to teach us what's working and where to go next.
You'll collaborate with GTM, Comms, and Partnerships to plan and execute our messaging and user engagement strategy. If you have instincts for content, curiosity about fintech, stablecoins and crypto, and a growth mindset, you'll thrive here.
What you'll do
- Execute our social content strategy across our product suite: Squads Protocol, Squads Multisig, Fuse, Altitude, and our API offerings.
- Create and publish content across X, LinkedIn, Telegram and emerging channels. The initial focus will be nailing X for our various products.
- Stay ahead of trends and conversations — then react with sharp, informed content
- Engage our community through fast/informed replies, DMs, and proactive outreach
- Transform company updates and strategic narratives into content that resonates
- Track performance, analyze what drives engagement, and iterate our strategy
- Master AI tools to streamline workflow, monitor conversations at scale, and multiply your output beyond linear time constraints.

What we need to see
- Include links to social accounts you’ve managed, along with your personal account. If you haven’t produced standout content on either, this role isn’t the right fit.
- Proven ability to build engaged communities and drive meaningful metrics
- Strong grasp of internet culture and platform-specific best practices
- Experience using social tools and AI to scale execution
Nice to have
- Personal experience with crypto products, wallets, or DeFi protocols
- Video content creation or multimedia skills
- Existing network within crypto Twitter or fintech communities
