Core Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Customer Success

• Act as the primary liaison for institutional investors, supporting onboarding, allocation/redemption execution, and technical integration.
• Manage and continually refine the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth path from KYC to capital deployment.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to support regulatory and structural onboarding requirements (e.g. KYC/AML, fund flows, wallet whitelisting).
• Educate investors on Solstice’s stablecoin mechanics, staking, yield distribution logic, and governance framework.
• Maintain high-touch communication with investors - from answering inquiries and explaining product updates to performance briefings
• Provide structured feedback to product and operations teams based on investor input and experience.
• Represent Solstice in institutional-facing forums, governance discussions, and capital allocator touchpoints.

Platform, Tools & Insight Delivery

• Build and share performance reporting, investor statements, and market insights tailored to their portfolio exposure within Solstice.
• Track engagement, product usage patterns, and sentiment to identify friction points or new opportunities.

Trading Ops Support

While this role is investor-facing, a strong operational understanding is key to success. You’ll also be expected to:

• Stay informed on the health and performance of internal strategies, including any factors that may impact investor balances or yield.
• Perform daily and weekly reconciliation cycles, ensuring data consistency across accounts.

Contribute to the development and refinement of internal controls and operational workflows as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in customer success, investor relations, institutional capital markets, ideally within crypto, fintech, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and institutional custody/settlement flows.
• Exposure to crypto trading or fund operations and the ability to translate between investor needs and internal trading activity is key.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial or technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, data dashboards, CRM platforms, and basic blockchain explorers or analytics tools.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.

Compensation

Part (1) Solstice Labs will offer competitive base (fiat or crypto) salaries relative to experience and market rates

Part (2) Team members will be incentivized with token allocations from the Solstice Foundation. Token structures will include a vesting schedule for all team members. Tokenomics to be shared directly with candidates.

Part (3) Team members will be further incentivized with a variable annual fiat/crypto bonus structure dependent on company performance.
