Job Description We are seeking a Business Analyst/Associate to join the core team of Solstice Labs in its early and fast-growth stages of the business. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive market research, analyze cryptocurrency trends, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and product development with a focus on deal structuring. This role requires an understanding of both traditional financial markets, stablecoins and DeFi ecosystems, with the ability to assess complex data sets and translate findings into clear, concise deliverables for the business.

The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, optimize yield strategies, and ensure alignment with institutional objectives. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for bridging the gap between institutional liquidity and decentralized finance markets.

Key Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth research and analysis on cryptocurrency markets, focusing on a democratized yield platform and institutional-grade staking businesses

• Maintain and develop financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess risk
• Monitor and analyze on-chain data to identify trends and opportunities in the crypto market
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on market trends, investment strategies, and new deal structures
• Create compelling external materials and marketing materials for potential clients, partners and investors
• Support business development efforts by identifying and researching potential partnership opportunities and investment opportunities
• Maintain a CRM database of clients, prospects, and partners to support sales and business development efforts
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
• Support the product team in gathering market intelligence and user feedback to inform product development
• Monitor the financial news using specialist media sources

Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field -Experience in cryptocurrency analysis, blockchain technology, or related fintech roles

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi protocols, and blockchain ecosystems
• Experience analyzing yield-bearing stablecoin protocols and staking mechanisms
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with the ability to conduct modeling and projections in excel
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, analytics platforms, and on-chain data analysis tool.
• Knowledge of smart contract functionality and common DeFi protocols
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the rapidly evolving crypto landscape
• Passion for cryptocurrency and decentralized finance

Compensation Part (1) Solstice Labs will offer competitive base (fiat or crypto) salaries relative to experience and market rates: Analyst (1+ years experience) Senior Analyst (2+ years of experience) Associate (3-5+ years of experience) Part (2) Team members will be incentivized with token allocations for the TGE of Solstice Labs. Token structures will include a vesting schedule for all team members. Tokenomics to be shared directly with candidates. Part (3) Team members will be further incentivized with a variable annual fiat/crypto bonus structure dependent on company performance and profits.

Bonus Skills - Experience with a variety of L1’s for cross-chain development, access and integrations. -Familiarity with DeFi applications, protocols and concepts, particularly those applicable to Solana.

• Comfortability with yield-based products in the DeFi ecosystem
• Experience with cryptocurrency trading and investing is highly desirable
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks surrounding digital assets is a plus
