Job Description Solstice Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Head of Operations / Trading Operations Lead to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our trading activities in the cryptocurrency space. You will be responsible for setting up and managing accounts across major centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges, ensuring seamless API integrations, and collaborating with custody providers to maintain the security and reliability of our trading systems. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of trading infrastructure, a passion for digital assets, and a proven ability to execute in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Exchange Account Management: Establish and manage accounts on all major cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXs and DEXs), ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements.

• API Development & Integration: Design, implement, and maintain robust API integrations to enable efficient trade execution, data retrieval, and system interoperability.

• Trading System Reliability: Oversee the performance, stability, and security of trading systems, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.

• Custody Solutions: Collaborate with crypto custody providers (e.g., Copper) to ensure secure asset storage and transaction workflows.

• Trade Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including execution, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Risk Management: Identify operational risks related to trading activities and implement controls to mitigate them.

• Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, compliance, and product teams to align operational processes with business objectives.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant regulatory requirements in applicable jurisdictions.

Key Requirements - Proven experience in trading operations or a similar role within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.

• Strong technical expertise in API development and integration for trading systems. Familiarity with major crypto exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX) and custody solutions (e.g., Fireblocks, Copper).

• In-depth understanding of trading mechanisms across spot markets and derivatives on both CEXs and DEXs.

• Experience managing trade execution workflows, including settlement and reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements such as KYC/AML regulations in the crypto space.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and presenting insights to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus but not required.

Compensation Part (1) Solstice Labs will offer competitive base (fiat or crypto) salaries relative to experience and market rates Part (2) Team members will be incentivized with token allocations for the TGE of Solstice Labs. Token structures will include a vesting schedule for all team members. Tokenomics to be shared directly with candidates. Part (3) Team members will be further incentivized with a variable annual fiat/crypto bonus structure dependent on company performance and profits.

Bonus Skills - Experience with a variety of L1’s for cross-chain development, access and integrations.

• Advanced Technical Proficiency: Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, VBA, or SQL for automating workflows and analyzing data
• Crypto Treasury Management: Experience managing crypto treasury systems and liquidity across multiple platforms
• Operational Automation: Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
