Role Overview
As our first internal Marketing hire, you'll spearhead Solforge's market presence and growth initiatives. Working directly with our founding team and our external marketing stakeholders you'll build our marketing function from the ground up and help drive our marketing strategy. We’re looking to fill this position in Q1 2025 and are hiring for the role on an ongoing basis.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels
Create compelling technical and non-technical content that showcases our innovations
Build and nurture relationships with key Solana and EVM ecosystem partners
Design and implement marketing campaigns targeting both institutional players and the crypto community
Manage social media presence and grow our community engagement
Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance
Represent Solforge at industry events and ecosystem meetups
Required Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience in crypto/Web3 startups with a proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives and growing communities
Deep understanding and first-hand knowledge of the current Solana ecosystem
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences
Experience with content creation and social media management
Strong analytical skills for measuring and reporting on marketing metrics

Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Passionate about blockchain technology and its institutional adoption
Experience marketing to institutional clients (DeFi/trading experience a plus)
Track record of ownership and initiative in previous roles
