Solcial is a decentralised social network on Solana, we're building a platform that allows anyone to share content in a fully permissionless way, avoiding censorship, and that rewards users and content producers in a fair manner. A truly open crypto platform for social networking and monetisation.

We are a globally distributed team of blockchain enthusiasts and we're looking for a marketing manager to join our team.

Location: Anywhere (fully remote).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute marketing strategies to grow our community
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand adoption
• Develop and implement creative activities, marketing, methodologies and processes to increase engagement and virality
• Work with external product, business, marketing and community teams to build a thriving ecosystem
• Writing content and sending newsletters
• Reaching out to KOLs and influencers
• Studying trends and implementing ways to increase engagement rate and impressions
• Managing social media ad campaigns
• Training of new staff and volunteer mods
• Monitor metrics and reports on community growth

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• You must have had experience in crypto marketing, by having launched previous crypto projects or campaigns before.
• Experienced with Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Good understanding of blockchains and cryptocurrencies. Keeping up with the latest trends in the space.
• Commitment to continued growth and insight into growth hacking
• Naturally driven curiosity to benchmark and adapt to new trends
• Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Be able to work weekends
