Role Overview:

SNS is looking for a highly motivated Growth Lead to spearhead our expansion in North America. This role is critical in scaling SNS adoption, driving partnerships, and establishing .sol as the go-to identity for the Solana ecosystem.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key ecosystem partners—including projects, developers, and influencers—to accelerate growth and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Drive user acquisition, project integration and adoption for .sol domains in North America.
• Build and nurture relationships with key players in the broader crypto ecosystem, including developers, DAOs, projects, and influencers.
• Lead and optimize BD efforts, identifying partnership opportunities.
• Maintain a social media presence, particularly on X, engaging with crypto community and positioning Solana as a leading blockchain.
• Create and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and community activations.
• Represent SNS both in-person and online.
• Work with product and marketing teams to align initiatives with market needs.
• Analyze growth metrics, user behavior, and industry trends to inform strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• You’re fluent in web3 concepts, culture, and community dynamics and have existing relationship with the ecosystem.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to define and meet ambitious growth targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment with minimal oversight.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with decentralized applications (dApps) particularly on Solana.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup.
