Solana Name Service (sns.id) is the most integrated Web3 domain name service built on Solana, empowering individuals and businesses to own and control their digital identities. SNS provides Web3 users with .sol domain names (such as yourname.sol or yourcompany.sol), in order to make blockchain transactions easier, more secure, and more user-friendly and to create a more accessible and scalable internet. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly motivated BD & Growth Lead to join our team and drive adoption in the North America region.

Role Overview:

As the BD & Growth Lead for North America, you will play a crucial role in scaling our business, driving user acquisition, and building strategic partnerships across the region. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing and maintaining partnerships with projects on Solana and other blockchains. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to create impactful initiatives that grow our user base and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to accelerate the adoption of SNS across North America.
  • Identify and engage with key strategic partners, including influencers, developers, DAOs, and blockchain projects, to build long-term relationships and drive growth.
  • Create and manage go-to-market campaigns that drive user acquisition and increase engagement within the North American market.
  • Lead regional expansion initiatives by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the product roadmap aligns with market needs and user expectations.
  • Measure and report on growth metrics, KPIs, and other relevant performance indicators, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  • Organize events, webinars, and other community-building activities to foster education and adoption of .sol domains.
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and other industry events to promote our services and connect with the Web3 ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a growth, business development, or marketing role within the Web3, blockchain, or tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, particularly Solana.
  • Strong network and relationships within the North American blockchain, Solana, and crypto communities.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to define and meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with decentralized applications (dApps) particularly on Solana.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
