About Us:
Solana Name Service (sns.id) is the most integrated Web3 domain name service on Solana. We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Lead to help us advance our strategic initiatives and grow the SNS brand. Come join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term marketing plans that align with SNS’ growth objectives, ensuring brand alignment across all marketing activities.
- Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and proactively manage them to maintain a strong presence across the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define SNS’s brand identity, narrative, and positioning for potential new domain holders as well as existing users.
- Drive product adoption and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and conferences.
- Develop awareness marketing and drive engagement with SNS.
- Establish KPIs and utilise analytics tools to create an analytics-driven growth culture and measure effectiveness of growth initiatives
- Expand SNS’s reach within and across the Solana community
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in devising and managing successful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the broader crypto ecosystem, and a belief in the growth potential of Solana. Specific familiarity with Solana is a plus.
- Strong content creation skills, with experience managing a content pipeline across various platforms.
- Extensive network and connections within the crypto ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration and working with external partners to build strong relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
