About Us:

Solana Name Service (sns.id) is the most integrated Web3 domain name service on Solana. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Community Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence across various social media platforms and communities. If you are passionate about blockchain technology, especially Solana, and love engaging with online communities around the clock, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand community outreach efforts, increasing participant engagement across all social media platforms, mainly Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and social media platforms.
  2. Respond in a timely and effective manner to customer support inquiries, feedback, and issues.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with users and potential new users to enhance community engagement.
  4. Organize and execute both virtual and live events to elevate brand visibility and foster community engagement.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to devise and execute comprehensive social media campaigns and communication strategies.
  6. Plan, create, and publish compelling content, collaborating with local community managers for accurate translations tailored to each market.
  7. Host and participate in community events such as Discord AMAs, Telegram chats, and Twitter Spaces.

This role will require shift work totalling 40 working hours per week (including weekend hours).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in community management, social media, or a similar role in the Web3 or blockchain sector.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and a belief in the growth potential of Solana; understanding of Solana Name Service or other domain name services is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other language(s) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms.

  • A "hungry" attitude with a willingness to engage actively and continuously on social media.
  • Enthusiastic about interacting and conversing with diverse online communities.
