We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to join us in our mission to develop SkyTrade, The Air Rights Marketplace. The successful candidate will ensure prompt, professional, and educationally oriented content, interaction, and moderation with our community on our social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Moderating communities in Discord, Twitter, Telegram and other social media platforms.
• Adapt your methods where appropriate to ensure that the brand's tone of voice is consistent and to keep our community happy and engaged.
• Engage, respond to, and follow up with queries from all communication channels.
• Provide the community with prompt and professional information on our project.
• Plan and post your created content, including graphics and videos, to social media channels regularly and follow up - sourcing other avenues for content and working with SkyTrade interns to develop relevant content.
• Engaging with other projects communites that have cross-over users and developing their interest in SkyTrade.
• Keeping track of the community moderation insights to provide feedback to the team regularly
• Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issues.
• Promoting SkyTrade and our points program (Pre-TGE) to the community to generate buzz and excitement.
• Hosting quizzes, competitions and other low-cost activities as needed.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• 2+ Years experience in a similar role
• Can show us the communities you have developed
• Crypto native
• Knowledge and experience in DePIN and RWA projects are preferable
