Who We Are:
SkyTrade is the planet's first air rights marketplace, (n to 1). At the intersection of Real World Assets (RWA) and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN).
We work with large real estate companies, agents, brokers, individual homeowners, governments, and drone companies. We are building for crypto natives and traditional real estate owners. You need to be a chameleon and able to context-switch without losing focus.
We are a start-up with a start-up mentality and are pre-TGE, so you need the drive to get us ready on all fronts. You will work directly with the founders and are the first senior marketing hire. This means you are part of the rocketship and can make a real difference and outsized impact. We don’t settle and only want entrepreneurial winners.
What You Will Do:
As The Marketing Lead you will take ownership over the strategy and execution of all aspects of SkyTrade marketing. This is not pay a bunch of platforms, quests, KOLs and sit back.
You'll use your naturally creative self to develop and execute strategies that boost engagement to achieve our goals. You must have high agency, be ruthless with your standards, and look for feedback. Be the driving force behind the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, you need to lead. Continuously improve key metrics and marketing strategies through data-driven experimentation, and get creative with marketing tactics. Lead marketing by example to amplify successful marketing channels. Host regular events, like AMAs. Propose and negotiate creative win-win partnerships with other projects and with exchanges. Help to scale the community. Engage with a crypto-native audience. Craft high-quality, engaging copy and video across a variety of mediums, including community updates, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, educational content, marketing collateral and long-form articles.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate for this role will be entrepreneurial human, strategic, and with demonstrable results from previous roles. A strong grasp of the crypto industry, including its trends, players, and challenges. A driven marketer with 5+ years of marketing experience and 2+ years of lead marketing experience within a crypto organization. Exchange listings partnership experience and airdrop understanding. If you have experience with any start-up or scale-up business, that's interesting, and we want to know about it. If you’ve come from a design, product or engineering background, it's a plus. You will need to have a deep practical understanding of the DePIN, Real Estate and the RWA landscape.

Skill & Knowledge Ideally In: Webflow, SEO, design tools, crypto landscape, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, content marketing, growth marketing, hacking, marketplace knowledge, and understanding of the cold start problem. You need to live in the world of marketing and media where you do your best work.
