Role Overview

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on both open-source projects and client projects, contributing to tools, programs, and applications on Solana. You will also help improve performance, fix issues, and create features that meet our clients needs.

This is a remote role where you’ll collaborate with a small but dedicated team that values quality work and simple solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain both front-end (React, Next.js, etc.) and back-end (Node, APIs, databases) features for Solana projects.
• Write and maintain on-chain programs using Rust for Solana.
• Debug and optimize code for speed, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to design and deliver new tools and dApps.
• Stay updated on changes in the Solana ecosystem and apply them.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and make sure we deliver the right solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of software development experience, including front-end and back-end.
• At least 1–2 years working with Rust.
• Ability to write clean, organized, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• English proficiency.
