Role Overview

Sempo is seeking a driven B2B Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across SMEs, startups, enterprises, fintechs, and financial institutions.

This role is focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing commercial partnerships that drive transaction volume and platform adoption. You will work directly with the founding team to execute Sempo's go-to-market strategy and become a key contributor to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.

  • Prospect and engage founders, CFOs, finance teams, treasury managers, and business owners.

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.

  • Conduct product demos and communicate Sempo's value proposition to prospective clients.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across Sempo's product suite.

  • Establish strategic relationships with fintechs, payment providers, corporates, and ecosystem partners.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

  • Provide market feedback to support product development and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or partnerships experience.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.

  • Experience selling fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, treasury, or financial products.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within startups, SMEs, fintech, banking, or enterprise sectors.

  • Experience selling payment infrastructure, banking solutions, foreign exchange, treasury, or financial software.

  • Knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain technology, and digital asset infrastructure.

  • Consistently generating qualified opportunities and closing new business.

  • Growing transaction volume and customer adoption across Sempo's platform.

  • Building long-term strategic relationships with high-value clients and partners.

  • Contributing directly to Sempo's expansion across Egypt and the MENA region.
