About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and data-driven Growth Lead to own and scale our growth strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. You'll be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, running experiments, and building scalable growth initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Data, and Operations, requiring someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work cross-functionally to optimize customer journeys, unlock new acquisition channels, improve conversion, and build sustainable growth engines.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.

  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and market research.

  • Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments, measuring impact and iterating quickly.

  • Optimize onboarding and user journeys to improve activation and long-term retention.

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver growth initiatives.

  • Develop scalable acquisition strategies across paid, organic, partnerships, referrals, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Define and track key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, activation, retention, engagement, and revenue.

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and inform decision-making.

  • Drive experimentation culture by implementing A/B testing and continuous optimization.

  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and expansion opportunities to accelerate growth.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Growth, Growth Marketing, or Product Management within a high-growth technology company.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable user and revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities.

  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and growth experiments.

  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams.

  • A hands-on, execution-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-first thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or digital financial products.

  • Experience building referral, loyalty, or viral growth programs.

  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.

  • Experience managing or mentoring growth or product team members.
