The Role – Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing at Raydium, you’ll lead the protocol’s narrative, product marketing, and social presence—while uncovering new opportunities to drive growth. This role is equal parts strategist and operator: you’ll define positioning for both existing and upcoming products, craft and execute high-impact go-to-market campaigns, and scale storytelling that helps builders understand, adopt, and build on Raydium’s tooling across the ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Narrative Development: Craft and amplify Raydium’s positioning as the best place to trade, provide liquidity, and launch assets onchain. Drive awareness and understanding across Solana and beyond.
  • Product Marketing: Lead GTM for product releases and enhance existing product strategy. Build sustained campaigns to maintain momentum and deepen engagement. Act as a close business partner to the Product team to shape features and messaging that resonates.
  • Partnerships & Campaigns: Identify and co-create standout campaigns with leading protocols, founders, and creators to drive adoption and awareness of Raydium’s offerings.
  • Community Growth: Spearhead Raydium’s community development from the ground up—fostering a passionate group of advocates who create content and promote the brand.
  • Content & Social: Own strategy and growth across social channels. Create stories, content and memes that keep Raydium top of mind and culturally relevant.
  • Team & Agency Leadership: Lead team and agency support in line with marketing strategy. Set priorities, manage timelines, and bring on resources as needed to scale execution.

Who You Are

  • Solana-Native: You have a strong presence in, and deep understanding of, the Solana ecosystem—its culture, communities, and protocols. (Required)
  • DeFi-Fluent: Well-versed in the current DeFi market structure and dynamics of existing ecosystem players, products and user segments.
  • CT-Savvy & Meme-Literate: You speak fluent Crypto Twitter: you know what hits, when to drop a meme vs. a manifesto, and how to turn noise into narrative.
  • Proven Leader: 4+ years in marketing with 2+ years leading teams, major launches, or large-scale campaigns.
  • Content-Driven: You know how to craft sharp, high-impact content across channels. Strong writing, storytelling, and creative instincts are key.
  • Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions—you spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and execute with urgency and ownership.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working in DAO/token-governed environments or helping protocols scale across market cycles
  • Have built a CT/X account to 10K+ followers
  • Comfortable hosting or joining live events, spaces, or community chats
