We believe that stablecoins are more than a payment tool — they’re a better form of banking. Perena is building the Stablebank Network: an ecosystem that connects stablecoin infrastructure, liquidity rails, yield strategies, and payments into one protocol.

We launched and scaled Numéraire, the largest stableswap on Solana with over $2B in cumulative volume. Today we're building:

  • USD* — a yield-bearing synthetic dollar earning across lending markets, liquidity strategies, and real-world assets through a multi-strategy approach

  • USD*-P / USD*-J — a tranched credit architecture sitting on top of USD*: a fixed-rate senior tranche for capital preservation, and a junior tranche that absorbs first-loss risk in exchange for amplified yield

  • StableBank — a consumer savings product built on USD*, targeting dollar savers in emerging markets who want a better alternative to local currency

  • Perena Vaults — programmable structured credit infrastructure for institutions and protocols to deploy capital into customized yield strategies

What You’ll do

Campaigns & growth ops

  • Plan and execute growth campaigns tied to product launches, partner integrations, and market moments

  • Build the measurement stack: what's moving TVL, what's noise, what's the ROI per channel

  • Brief and direct co-marketing with BD on partner integrations

  • Drive communication with users via town halls and written updates

  • Turn our ambassador program from spec into a real acquisition and referral channel with attributable numbers

Brand & narrative

  • Develop and own Perena's market thesis

  • Edit and direct content output across channels; write the high-stakes pieces yourself

Team

  • Manage and develop the social and community team members; set their goals, run their reviews

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in marketing, with meaningful time owning campaigns or growth in DeFi, fintech, or another high-velocity vertical

  • Data driven approach. You can talk about deposit-driven funnels, email attribution, or campaign ROI without hand-waving

  • Experience and understanding of blockchain-based finance. You have a point of view on what's working in the market right now and why

  • Strong writer and storyteller who understands the nuances of difference channels and audiences

  • You operate well with a CEO who is direct and wants a thought partner, not a marketer who needs a brief for everything
