What You’ll DoAs a Full Stack Engineer at Parity Finance, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend and frontend systems that power our liquid staking and trading platform. While you won’t be writing smart contracts, your familiarity with Solana will help ensure seamless interaction between blockchain components and the user-facing applications.

You will:

• Architect and develop scalable backend services to support staking, trading, and financial operations.
• Design and implement APIs and microservices that interact efficiently with Solana-based smart contracts (without writing the contracts themselves).
• Develop and maintain frontend applications that provide a seamless user experience, working closely with UI/UX designers.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability across the full stack.
• Integrate backend services with centralized exchanges (CEXes), decentralized exchanges (DEXes), and custodial platforms.
• Collaborate with other engineers to optimize data handling, improve system architecture, and enhance the overall platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the stack.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking engineers who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and are passionate about building transformative blockchain solutions.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in backend and full-stack systems.
• Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and Rust.
• Experience with Solana-based applications, particularly integrating with Solana smart contracts (without needing to develop them).
• Strong knowledge of API design, database management, and server-side architecture.
• Experience developing frontends using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with integrating backend systems with CEXes, DEXes, and custodial services in the context of trading and staking infrastructure.
• A strong understanding of security best practices and performance optimization for both frontend and backend systems.
• A proactive approach to solving complex problems and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
