As a UX Researcher, you’ll be pivotal in uncovering insights that deepen our understanding of user needs, contributing to the prioritization of the product roadmap, and creating solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable. Your work will ensure we are deeply in tune with our users, driving growth through continuous product improvements that address their pain points.

What You'll Do

  • Champion and refine UX research practices across the product design team that drive actionable insights, influencing product decisions based on a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
  • Foster innovation within the design team’s practices by guiding them in the creation of user-centric designs that address the core needs of our users that are accessible and scalable.
  • Integrate research practices into product development workflows, ensuring timely and relevant research findings are embedded in the product development process.
  • Develop comprehensive research plans for projects & initiatives, select appropriate research methods, and translate high-level goals into clear research questions.
  • Conduct qualitative and exploratory research, including user interviews, usability tests, and market research to inform design decisions and optimize our UX.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to consult on design challenges, ensuring research findings are integrated into iterative, sprint-based development cycles.
  • Create and utilize tools such as personas, customer journeys, and scenarios to map user behavior and improve design outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders by creating artifacts that ensure key insights are understood and embraced across the organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Design or a related discipline).
  • 3+ years of research experience, or equivalent skills demonstrated through projects or research in design and user experience
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, with experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative studies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys).
  • Ability to use research to uncover user needs, inform design decisions, and address usability challenges, with a portfolio of demonstrated success.
  • Solid experience working in Agile environments, applying research findings to rapidly iterate on product design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting research insights and design rationale clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple research projects.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and Web3 concepts is preferred; but a genuine enthusiasm for learning and contributing to this space is essential.
