Neon Labs (neonlabs.org) is seeking a talented individual who can help us create the best product experiences. The ideal candidate is user-focused and is dedicated to bringing the voice of our users to every discussion and empowering our organization to solve our customers' problems.

You'll Spend Your Time 👀

Defining and driving the product strategy and vision. Roadmap evangelizing to all teams, partners, and users of our products. Working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and other internal team members to launch and scale our products. Writing detailed user stories, identifying edge cases, and working with the engineering team to roll out features in a fast-paced, actionable environment. Determining user needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Reviewing product specifications and requirements, and appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.

You Should Apply If You Have ✅

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in start-ups. A deep understanding and/or experience using DeFi products (mandatory). A technical background and the ability to evaluate the technological strengths and weakness of third-party solutions. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Sincere empathy for the user and a commitment to deep-dive into the challenges they present or experience. The potential to lead a team as the function continues to grow and evolve. Exceptional communication skills and a good grasp of data analytics. The ability and agility to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment. The ability to be resilient and resourceful.
