Job Overview:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management, investment, tokenization and in larger terms of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

We seek a hands-on and dedicated team member. You will be part of a small team and have a lot of responsibilities from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen the company's brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and PR.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to develop and promote features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Content Creation: Creation of compelling and relevant content to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and brand credibility.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing performance, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 3 years within the cryptocurrency, FinTech, or blockchain industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with brand management and content creation.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
