Job Overview:

The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to scale our user base, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of asset management, investment, tokenization and in larger terms of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.

We seek a hands-on and dedicated team member. You will be part of a small team and lots of responsibility from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Product Growth: Collaborate with product teams to develop and enhance features that drive user engagement and growth.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to measure and optimize growth performance, identify key metrics, and make informed decisions.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach and drive growth.
  • Budget Management: Manage growth budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Min 5+ years of experience in growth marketing within the cryptocurrency, FinTech, or blockchain industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Experience with growth hacking techniques and innovative marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in Web3 is mandatory
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
