The Opportunity

As our Head of Growth, you’ll lead and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our rapidly growing DeFi trading platform. You’ll identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, craft high-impact campaigns, and scale our community to millions of users. If you have a deep understanding of crypto culture, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are excited about bringing on-chain products to the masses, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• User Acquisition & Growth Strategies: Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to drive user acquisition across paid, organic, and viral channels, leveraging growth loops and referral mechanics.
• Community & Brand Building: Grow and engage a passionate community of traders, influencers, and crypto-native users through social media, partnerships, and grassroots efforts.
• Performance Marketing & Analytics: Optimize acquisition funnels, track key growth metrics, and run A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and retention.
• Content & Social Strategy: Lead content initiatives that position Moonshot as a trusted, go-to platform for DeFi trading.
• Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Build relationships with key players in the crypto space, including KOLs, media outlets, and ecosystem partners, to amplify Moonshot’s reach.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Experience: 4+ years in growth roles (preferably at Web2 high-growth companies).
• Understanding of Regulatory Environment: Experience working cross-functionally with legal to ensure we grow compliantly.
• Market Sense: Finger on the Pulse, deep understanding of crypto culture, and ability to quickly move to create campaigns around new trends.
• Passion for DeFi: Strong interest or experience in crypto/blockchain. You’re keen to bring on-chain products to the masses.

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Moonshot also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).

Pay Range:

$200—$250k USD

Location: Miami, Florida (in-person/hybrid remote). Relocation assistance available.
