We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Senior Legal Counsel to join our team and support the legal aspects of our business. If you are passionate about real estate law, urbanism law, corporate matters, and working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of professional experience, with a law degree from a reputable Romanian university and membership in the Bucharest Bar
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian civil, corporate, and real estate law, with a willingness to expand expertise into new areas such as urban planning law, finance, and European regulations
  • Familiarity with European legal frameworks (e.g., financial regulations, licensing requirements, corporate governance) is a plus
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (full professional proficiency required)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environmentEagerness to learn and grow within the company

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, amend, and adapt various types of contracts (e.g., service agreements, intermediation contracts, loan agreements)
  • Draft corporate documents, legal memorandums, reports, notifications, and other legal documents relevant to the group's activities
  • Ensure legal compliance with corporate governance, real estate, and regulatory matters
  • Identify legal risks and propose solutions for contracts and business agreements
  • Support internal teams by negotiating terms with service providers and external consultants
  • Manage relationships with law firms, notaries, and authorities, ensuring smooth coordination
  • Assist in managing legal aspects of financial institutions within the group, ensuring compliance with Romanian and European financial regulations
  • Monitor EU and Romanian legislative changes impacting real estate, corporate, and financial activities
  • Support consultants and external legal teams in obtaining licenses and regulatory approvals for financial operations
  • Assist in permitting processes, including preparing and submitting documentation to authorities
  • Review documentation prepared by consultants and track the status of permits and approvals
  • Provide legal support in real estate transactions and project development matters
  • Work closely with the Finance, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure legal consistency across all company activities
  • Provide legal guidance on operational matters to streamline processes and mitigate risks
