If you believe in the power of markets, join us.</p><p></p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p>As product designer, you would:</p><ul> <li><p>Own MetaDAO’s brand image</p></li> <li><p>Design our interfaces including the trading terminal, fundraise flows, and landing page</p></li> <li><p>Create social media assets</p></li> <li><p>Talk to customers to better understand their needs and refine our products</p></li> </ul><p></p><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul> <li><p>4+ years of experience shipping software products</p></li> <li><p>Portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with an <u>extremely high bar for quality and craft</u></p></li> <li><p>Strong ability to think through complex interaction design problems and create experiences that feel magical</p></li> <li><p>Strong communication and storytelling skills</p></li> <li><p>Ability to operate with limited peer feedback, given that this will be our <u>first full-time designer</u></p></li> </ul><p></p><h2><strong>Preferred</strong></h2><ul> <li><p>Experience working for venture-funded startups</p></li> <li><p>Knowledge of capital markets, acquired either through working in finance or trading stocks and/or crypto personally</p></li> <li><p>Experience using and/or working on crypto products</p></li> </ul>
