Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Engineer with expertise in full stack web application development and the Solana ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our small, dynamic team, to create seamless and intuitive user experiences. You will play a crucial role in setting the technical direction of our front-end development and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex web and native mobile applications, interfacing with the Solana blockchain, marginfi programs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Work closely with growth, strategy, and UX, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends, proposing and implementing improvements to our tech stack.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the codebase, ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of onboarding for new team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on building scalable and responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with blockchain technology, specifically Solana.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in React, CSS, and Typescript.
  • Experience in native app development
  • Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as NextJS.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating third party services.
  • Familiarity with web3.js and other blockchain SDKs.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, NPM/Yarn).
  • Experience with SQL databases and cloud based databases like Supabase and Firebase.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces based on design systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a small team setting.
