Role Overview

We're looking for a Lead Game Developer to guide our internal game development efforts. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our cutting-edge gaming projects, from prototypes to fully-fledged titles, working closely with our infrastructure team and maintaining ample creative freedom in terms of IP and game genres.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, lead and mentor a dedicated internal team of game developers.
• Game Development: Take charge of the entire game development process, from the inital GDD to release
• Game Design innovation: Work closely with the rest of the team to integrate category-defining game mechanics and new technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Cross-Platform expertise: Manage and optimise our games for various platforms, with a focus on mobile devices.
• Project Management: manage resources and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful games - you have a portfolio that you are excited to show us!
• Deep knowledge of game development best practices and performance optimization across multiple platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• English language proficiency

Bonus if:

• You are an expert in C# (Unity) and/or JS/TS (Babylonjs/Phaser)
• You are knowledgeable and excited about fully onchain games.
