LI.FI is simplifying multi-chain DeFi for traditional financial institutions, fintechs and service providers by offering a unified API to access all on-chain liquidity across major blockchains for best price same-chain and cross-chain swaps. A quick run-down of the job
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Ecosystem Manager (EVM) to help us deepen our relationships across the EVM landscape. With over 30+ EVM chains live or in-progress, we’re at a point where we need a dedicated relationship owner to nurture our existing ecosystem partnerships, support lead generation, and ensure LI.FI stays top-of-mind in the EVM space.
This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, technical awareness, and ecosystem advocacy; ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, staying active in online and in-person crypto spaces, and understanding how the rollup-centric roadmap is shaping the future of Ethereum.
What you’ll do
Own key account management for a large portion of LI.FI’s EVM chain partners, ensuring recurring check-ins and tight relationship management
Build deep connections with ecosystem leads and foundation contacts across different tiers of EVM chains
Stay embedded in EVM community conversations; both online (Twitter, Discord, governance forums) and offline (conferences, meetups, hackathons)
Collaborate with BD and Marketing to position LI.FI as a core infrastructure piece within partner ecosystems
Actively represent LI.FI in the ecosystem; including securing speaking opportunities, conference representation, and social media engagement

Work cross-functionally to build programs that grow our visibility and relevance among existing and upcoming projects within the EVM rollup space
What makes a good candidate
At least 2 years of experience in ecosystem, partnerships, key account, or growth roles in a Web3-native company
Deep understanding of the EVM space and the rollup-centric roadmap, interoperability markets, DeFi, and the Ethereum liquidity landscape
Strong communicator, self-organized, and able to operate with a high degree of independence
Existing network within the EVM ecosystem and a meaningful Twitter presence or online visibility
Comfortable with public speaking and representing LI.FI at events, on panels, and across social platforms
Bonus: Experience working with data tools or synthesizing partner/product data to guide strategy
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot
