We are seeking an aggressive, high-energy, and closing-focused Business Development & Affiliate Manager to own and scale our revenue, user acquisition, and transaction volume in the US market.

Let’s be clear: This is a heavy sales and revenue-generation role, not an event-attendance role.
You will own the entire US sales pipeline from end to end - responsible for hunting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.

While industry events and conferences are a valuable tactical tool for face-to-face prospecting, your success is measured strictly by closed deals, transaction volume, and revenue generated.

You will split your focus between driving direct B2B customer acquisition (via aggressive online and offline outbound prospecting) and building a high-volume US affiliate marketing network to automate growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full-Funnel Sales & Outbound Hunting
  • End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Independently generate, qualify, and close leads across the US market. You own the entire funnel from initial cold outreach to signed contract.
  • Omnichannel Prospecting: Hunt for high-value customers and partners through all available levers—including cold digital outreach (LinkedIn, email, social selling), inbound follow-ups, and targeted on-the-ground networking at key US events.
  • Closing & Revenue Generation: Move prospects ruthlessly through the sales cycle. Deliver high-impact pitches, handle objections, negotiate terms, and hit aggressive monthly transaction and revenue quotas.

Affiliate Network Management & Scaling
  • Affiliate Pipeline Acquisition: Treat affiliates like B2B accounts. Hunt, pitch, and onboard high-volume US-based affiliates, influencers, content creators, and platform partners.
  • Performance & Optimization: Actively manage the affiliate portfolio. Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and transaction volumes, adjusting commission structures and promos to maximize ROI and retention.

Operational Alignment & Market Feedback
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain immaculate pipeline hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce). Track every interaction and provide accurate revenue forecasting directly to the growth leadership team.
  • Friction Elimination: Identify US-specific friction points in our onboarding, KYC, or product flows that stall your sales pipeline, working closely with frontend teams to resolve them and accelerate close rates.

  • The Natural Closer: You are a pure salesperson at heart. You get a thrill from hunting cold prospects, navigating gatekeepers, and closing deals.
  • 3+ Years of Tech Sales Experience: A proven track record in B2B business development, account executive roles, or affiliate management—ideally within a fast-moving FinTech, SaaS, or marketplace startup.
  • Pipeline Builder (Not an Event Attendee): You look at conferences as targeted, high-density prospecting grounds to fill your calendar with follow-up meetings, not as a perk or a casual networking trip.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: You understand sales metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion velocity) and affiliate tracking mechanisms to ensure your pipeline is highly profitable.
  • Autonomous Operator: High bias for action. You are comfortable working remotely across US time zones, driving your own daily activity metrics without needing hand-holding.
