Job Description

We are seeking a Player Advocate to join our dynamic team in the mobile gaming industry.
You will be responsible for enhancing community engagement and reach, managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers, and leveraging various communication channels. Your mission is to deeply understand community dynamics and preferences, drive growth strategies, and provide actionable insights to the product team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
This role is essential for shaping the voice and experience of our gaming community, making it a unique opportunity to impact our players' journey directly
This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Be the Community steward, interacting with players & fans through Social Channels as often as possible
Play a key part in helping develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to identify and understand the community, including their demographics, preferences, and locations.
Conceptualize and execute a calendar of online events and campaigns, resonating with the community and aligning with the company's objectives.
Develop a product feedback system to capture qualitative feedback from players through Social Channels, App stores, and so forth.
Create a partnership program for creators, focused on fostering relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders, and content creators.

Qualifications

Deep passion and understanding of video games. Regularly engages in gaming, demonstrating interest for game mechanics, storytelling, and community culture
Proven track record in managing social media and community platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging environment online and offline.
Clearly articulate ideas and adapt communication styles for diverse community demographics, influencers, and various communication channels.
Analyze community data for actionable insights, utilizing analytics tools to make informed decisions and enhance overall community strategy.
Collaborate effectively with various teams, including other marketing roles, product, and development, to integrate community initiatives with broader company objectives.
Demonstrate ability to effectively engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers. Skilled in understanding their influence and needs, and adept at aligning their collaborations to maximize community reach and impact.
Positively manage challenges within the community, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness in resolving issues or mitigating potential conflicts.
