Position Overview:

IO.net is seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in Figma and design systems. This role is ideal for a strategic designer who can architect and implement scalable design systems while creating engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Figma with a strong foundation in systematic design thinking and component architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of io.net's brand identity across digital and print mediums

• Create compelling visual content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

• Design marketing materials, including print and promotional items

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns

• Design and art direct illustrations, photoshoots and video production when needed

• Stay up-to-date with WEB3 design trends and best practices in social media marketing

• Oversee print production process, ensuring high-quality output

• Create and maintain our brand design guidelines and design components using Figma

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with proven expertise in design systems

• Advanced mastery of Figma, including component architecture, variants, and properties

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design system implementation at scale

• Deep understanding of atomic design principles and component-based architecture

• Experience creating and maintaining large-scale component libraries

• Proven track record of improving design efficiency through systematic approaches

• Strong understanding of design tokens and their implementation

• Experience with version control and design system governance

• Excellent documentation skills for design systems and component usage

Nice to Haves:

• Experience mentoring junior designers in Figma best practices

• Experience with Rive App for animation

• Experience with FigJam for collaborative design thinking

• Experience conducting design system audits and optimization
