What You’ll Do:

As the Chief Marketing Officer of, you will play a pivotal role in growing our community and driving global adoption of our network, while leading our marketing, communications, and ecosystem initiatives. You’ll be responsible for strategy and execution across social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, PR and event management, while managing marketing KPIs and budget for optimal impact. Your role includes staying ahead of Web3 trends, contributing to strategic company decisions and – most importantly – balancing long-term planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, nurture and grow our marketing, social media, and ecosystem teams, and promote cross-functional communication among key audiences and stakeholders.
  • Create a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the executive team to create a robust brand identity and voice, and ensure consistent application across all marketing activities.
  • Supervise our social media strategy, including content creation and distribution across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram.
  • Identify and execute partnerships with influencers/KOLs to amplify our brand reach and credibility.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of content marketing and PR strategies that reinforce our position as a thought leader in the industry
  • Secure sponsorships and thought leadership placements at industry conferences, influential podcasts, high-profile panel discussions and other important events
  • Define, monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, track ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
  • Stay abreast of emerging Web3 trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to influence the company's direction and narrative.


  • At least ten years of experience in progressively senior marketing roles, with a focus on team, community management and ecosystem growth.
  • Very deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, with a minimum three years of professional experience in the space and preference for those who have led a token launch.
  • Experience in early-stage technology startups, ideally as an early hire or founding team member.
  • Expertise in product marketing, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and growth hacking strategies.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, coupled with expertise in utilizing key marketing tools for strategic analysis, planning and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative and innovative in marketing approaches, with strong skills in conveying complex concepts.
  • Hands-on approach to tasks, with a willingness to personally execute and complete projects.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and employ data-driven insights in decision-making.
  • Ability to challenge the executive team on key strategic and operational decisions
