Huma is looking for a Social Media Lead who’s already active on X and deeply familiar with the Solana ecosystem—the projects, the players, the narratives that matter. This isn’t a role for someone who waits for approvals or follows a checklist. We need a strategist and a creator—someone who understands engagement, thrives in fast-moving conversations, and can turn market momentum into compelling content.

Huma is at the forefront of PayFi, bringing liquidity to global payments and reshaping how money moves. You’ll work closely with our Brand Marketing Director to shape Huma’s voice, as well as engaging with top players in the space as part of a team that’s redefining global financial infrastructure.

🔹 Stay ahead of trends in the Solana ecosystem, stablecoins, RWAs, Web3 payments, and everything PayFi.

🔹 Engage in real-time—quote, reply, and be part of conversations, not just a spectator.

🔹 Tell great stories—turn complex topics into digestible, shareable content that educates and engages.

🔹 Work with KOLs and communities—identify key players, engage with their content, and amplify Huma’s presence.

🔹 You’ll have creative freedom, working alongside our Brand Marketing Director to shape how a leading brand shows up on socials

🔹 Own rapid-response messaging on social channels, reacting to market shifts, breaking news, and key industry moments.

🔹Develop and implement a forward-thinking social media strategy that grows Huma’s presence while driving engagement with institutions, investors, and the broader crypto community.

🔹 Create sharp, compelling, and concise messaging that resonates across audiences, from traders to institutional players.

🔹Stay ahead of narratives in Solana, stablecoins, RWAs, Web3 payments, and PayFi, ensuring Huma is part of the most relevant conversations.

🔹The crypto market moves fast—be ready to adapt, pivot, and respond at a moment’s notice to drive engagement and shape the conversation. Basically, you’re always on.

✅ Prior experience working social media in Web3 space/DeFi is required (2+ years)

✅ Fluent written and spoken English.

✅ You’re already active on X—if we check your account, we should see solid engagement and sharp insights.

✅ Experience growing other social channels, including Linkedin, as well as familiarity with community platforms Discord and Telegram.

✅ You know Solana inside out—its projects, culture, and key narratives. Any experience working with Solana-based projects is a big plus.

✅ You are skilled in creating content and memes that land—your posts don’t just get likes; they drive conversations.

✅ You take initiative—you don’t need someone to tell you what’s trending; you already know.

✅ You understand memes and market sentiment—and know how to turn them into content that resonates.

✅ You can move fast—we’re looking for someone who thrives in a real-time, high-speed environment.

✅ Always on: Embrace the 24/7 nature of crypto. Be ready to pivot quickly and respond at a moment’s notice — whenever and wherever needed.
