Wynd is an early-stage startup empowering access to public web data. Wynd Network enables access to public web data through decentralized data scraping tools such as our first product, Grass.

Grass is a network sharing application that allows users to sell their unused internet bandwidth.

Your day-to-day:

  • Optimize marketing campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other channels to maximize lead acquisition.
  • Extract and analyze user behavior data using tools like SQL and Python, driving insights to influence product & marketing decisions.
  • Drive user growth across various digital channels like social media, SEO/SEM, email, forums, and more using data-driven experimentation.
  • Implement and monitor A/B tests to refine the user onboarding and journey, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
  • Oversee paid and organic media strategy & content initiatives to drive KPIs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure marketing performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to continually refine marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies with product development and user experience.

What Experience You Need:

  • BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth engineering or growth marketing roles, preferably in tech or startup environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and viral mechanics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a high output team.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SQL, data pipelines, and product analysis tools.
  • Strong technical skills with familiarity in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
  • Experience with growth and marketing platforms like Mixpanel, Hubspot, and other automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, social and viral mechanics, and technical aspects of growth engineering.
  • Familiarity with decentralized networks, web scraping tools, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
