What Being a Founding Product Engineer Means at GLAM

We believe great products come from engineers who are deeply invested in solving real problems. As one of our first hires, you'll shape not just our products, but our entire engineering culture.

• End-to-End Ownership: You'll drive product development from architecture through implementation. We want someone who thinks deeply about system design while caring about every detail of the user experience.
• Technical Excellence: We're building financial infrastructure that needs to be robust and performant. You'll work with complex state management, real-time data, and sophisticated business logic.
• Product Mindset: While we value technical excellence, we're ultimately here to solve problems for our users - fund managers, investors, and developers. We want someone who thinks about impact as much as implementation.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years building production software systems
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js and API integrations
• Experience with performance optimization and testing
• Strong understanding of system architecture and state management
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools
• Experience with DeFi or Solana development is a plus
