Exo Technologies is a Solana focused research and development firm founded by a group of early Solana community developers. Exo works across many different verticals (LSTs, DeFi, DePIN, and RWAs) with seed stage startups to large institutions. Some of our clients are Jito, 0x, Switchboard, and Solana Foundation. We're a small distributed team that's looking for engineers that are passionate about web3 and excited to work on a wide range of products.

You're a great fit for this position if you know how to manage distributed systems at scale and are meticulous about performance optimizations. You should be excited to work on new systems and not affraid of running beta software with minimal documentation.

Qualifications
