We’re hiring a data-driven, brand-building CMO to scale Everstake’s global marketing and position us as the leading institutional staking platform.

Role Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer at Everstake, you will spearhead our global marketing strategy, overseeing all aspects of brand development, demand generation, content creation, communications, and community engagement. You will play a critical role in shaping Everstake’s market presence and driving growth across decentralized and traditional financial sectors. Collaborating closely with Product, Business Development, and Executive leadership, you will ensure that marketing initiatives align with business goals, enhance brand visibility, and support the adoption of staking solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and elevate Everstake’s brand voice, positioning, and identity to establish it as the leading staking provider globally.
- Run high-impact global campaigns across organic, paid, event, and partner channels — with regional localization for EU, NA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Lead content strategy, including thought leadership, media relations, and educational initiatives, to position Everstake as an industry authority.
- Build and manage a high-performing, globally distributed marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products, verticals, and segments, collaborating with Product teams to drive adoption in staking, DeFi, and fintech.
- Establish regular feedback loops with AEs and BDs to refine messaging, update positioning frameworks, and optimize campaign tactics based on field learnings.
- Lead community growth and partner activations — from global campaigns to co-branded events and educational content.
- Analyze marketing performance data (e.g., MQLs, SQL conversion rates, CAC, email CTRs) and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Define and implement a transparent marketing attribution framework (e.g., first-touch, multi-touch) to align pipeline contribution across marketing and sales.
- Own the global marketing budget, including channel spend, event sponsorships, and content production — ensuring optimal ROI across initiatives
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM hygiene, lead source attribution accuracy, campaign tagging, and funnel consistency across regions.
- Collaborate with SDR teams to co-develop outbound messaging, lead scoring models, and personalized outreach content to improve top-of-funnel conversion
- Monitor brand sentiment (social) and cultivate strategic media, event, and community partnerships to enhance reputation and trust.
You’ve successfully defined and led Everstake’s global marketing strategy, and it shows in measurable business impact. Key performance indicators include:
- Revenue Influence: Increased marketing-sourced pipeline and SQL conversion across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
- Brand Growth: Measurable rise in Tier-1 media coverage, social reach, and event visibility.
- Operational Impact: Clear attribution modeling, high content usage by Sales, and ROI on regional campaigns.
You might be a fit if you have:
- 7–10+ years of experience leading B2B or B2B2C marketing in crypto, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS — ideally within a high-growth or startup environment.
- A proven track record of designing and executing full-funnel campaigns that generate pipeline, increase conversion rates, and drive expansion.
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools — with a strong bias toward measurement, experimentation, and iteration.
- Experience scaling high-performing teams across brand, demand gen, content, and community — with a proven ability to coach and lead cross-functional talent.
- Strong storytelling and positioning instincts — capable of translating technical infrastructure into compelling narratives for institutional and platform audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and proven ability to partner with Sales, BDMs, SDRs, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to execute GTM strategies.
- A growth-oriented, self-starting attitude — you move fast, own outcomes, and thrive in ambiguity.
