Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive for the EMEA region, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and expanding Everstake’s direct institutional client base — including crypto-native and TradFi clients across HNWIs, Family Offices, Funds, Foundations, Protocol Treasuries, and Asset Managers.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to closing and post-onboarding support — working closely with Legal, Product, and BD teams to ensure a smooth and compliant experience. You’ll also play a key role in representing Everstake at regional industry events and helping position us as the go-to staking partner for EMEA institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Source, engage, and convert qualified staking clients across the EMEA region
  • End-to-End Sales: Lead the sales process from outreach through contract negotiation and onboarding
  • Strategic Advisory: Educate clients on staking opportunities across PoS networks, validator performance, risks, and strategies for optimizing returns
  • Assets Under Staking Growth: Drive growth in staked assets under management through onboarding, upsell, and strong retention
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure compliant and frictionless onboarding
  • Event Representation: Attend and represent Everstake at regional events such as ETHCC, TOKEN2049 Dubai, and ecosystem roundtables
  • Market Feedback: Act as a trusted voice for clients internally, helping shape roadmap, support priorities, and thought leadership initiatives

Success in this Role Looks Like:

  • Closing 5–7 new direct clients in your first 12 months
  • Driving high-8 to 9-figure AUS in client-staked assets
  • Building strong, recurring business from clients in MiCA-ready or crypto-forward jurisdictions
  • Developing long-term client relationships that evolve into strategic, multi-chain validator partnerships
  • Contributing localized market and client insights that influence regional go-to-market strategy

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in institutional sales, account management, or client advisory within crypto, finance, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of staking, validator selection, slashing, and reward mechanics
  • Familiarity with European and UK crypto regulation (e.g., MiCA, BaFin, FCA), and ability to navigate regulated conversations
  • Existing network across HNWIs, funds, treasuries, and institutions in the EMEA market
  • Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills — able to lead C-level discussions confidently
  • Fluent in English; additional languages - French, German, Arabic - are a strong plus
  • Travel-ready to attend key conferences, client meetings, and in-person deal-making opportunities across the region

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary, a performance-based variable bonus tied to direct Assets Under Staking growth and client retention, and equity plan aligned with impact and based on seniority and tenure. As part of a globally distributed team, you'll also have access to travel budgets for events and partner meetings, with flexible remote work support. This role offers growth opportunities into Regional Sales Lead roles as the team scales.
