Role Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive for the U.S. market, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and growing Everstake’s direct institutional client base — including crypto-native and TradFi clients across HNWIs, Family Offices, Foundations, Protocol Treasuries, Asset Managers, Miners, and ETF/ETP Issuers.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing high-AUM staking deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with our Legal, Product, and BD teams to ensure a frictionless onboarding and staking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and convert direct staking clients in the U.S. market
- Full Sales Ownership: Lead the sales cycle end-to-end — including qualification, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and onboarding
- Staking Strategy Advisory: Educate clients on staking opportunities across PoS networks, yield optimization, and validator selection
- AUM Growth: Drive meaningful increases in staked assets through client onboarding, upsell, and retention strategies
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Technical teams to support institutional onboarding and compliance needs
- Industry Representation: Represent Everstake at U.S. conferences, events, investor summits, and ecosystem gatherings
Success in this Role Looks Like:
- Closing 6–8 new direct clients in your first 12 months
- Driving high-8 to 9-figure AUS in client-staked assets
- Building strong, multi-product relationships with clients across their validator, liquid staking, and cross-chain strategies
- Shortening onboarding time while improving conversion from inbound and outbound leads
- Delivering market insights and competitive intelligence back to the revenue team
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in institutional sales, account management, or private client advisory in crypto, fintech, or traditional finance
- Strong understanding of staking and Proof-of-Stake economics — with the ability to explain validator selection, slashing risks, and rewards structures to sophisticated clients
- Existing network across HNWIs, crypto funds, family offices, foundations, or institutions in the U.S. is a strong plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills — you’re comfortable speaking with portfolio managers, CFOs, and founders
- Deep interest in Web3, with working knowledge of infrastructure, custody, and on-chain governance
- Native-level English fluency; able to write clearly and communicate with nuance
- Travel-ready for U.S.-based client meetings and conferences
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary, a performance-based variable bonus tied to direct Assets Under Staking growth and client retention, and equity plan aligned with impact and based on seniority and tenure. As part of a globally distributed team, you'll also have access to travel budgets for events and partner meetings, with flexible remote work support. This role offers growth opportunities into Regional Sales Lead roles as the team scales.
