Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Solana Developer to play a key role in the development and enhancement of our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain development, with a specific focus on Solana, and a passion for building cutting-edge financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts on the Solana blockchain to support regulated financial asset tokenization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Solana-based solutions with other blockchain networks.
• Develop tools and protocols for cross-chain asset interoperability.
• Ensure all blockchain applications comply with regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Optimize smart contract performance and scalability to handle high transaction volumes.
• Debug, test, and deploy applications on the Solana network.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in blockchain technology, especially within the Solana ecosystem, such as token extensions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in blockchain development, with a focus on Solana.
• Proficiency in Rust programming language and familiarity with Solana-specific development frameworks like Anchor.
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) principles and asset tokenization.
• Experience with cross-chain protocols and interoperability solutions.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles and secure smart contract design.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in financial asset tokenization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of front-end and back-end development for dApps.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain deployments.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
